Do I need to be present during the repair?
Not at all. Provide us with the tenant's contact details and a payment method on file when you book. We handle everything with the tenant directly and send you a full service report by email after the visit.
How does remote payment work?
At booking, you provide a card number, Zelle, or arrange check payment. We charge your method on file only after the repair is completed and the tenant has confirmed the unit is working. You receive an itemized invoice immediately via email.
What is the 20% labor discount and how do I qualify?
Property managers, building managers, and landlords who contact us through this page or identify themselves as managing multiple units qualify automatically. The 20% discount applies to the labor portion of every invoice — parts are billed at our standard supplier price which is already typically below retail.
Can you service multiple units in the same building on the same day?
Yes. If you have multiple LG dryers that need service, let us know when you book and we'll schedule them in sequence to minimize travel time and cost.
What warranty do you provide on repairs?
All repairs carry a standard 3-month warranty covering both parts and labor. For repairs of $1,000 and above the warranty extends to 1 full year. If the same issue returns within the warranty period, we return and fix it completely free of charge.

We cover all of Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Ventura County — including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale, Long Beach, Torrance, Irvine, Newport Beach, Thousand Oaks, and surrounding cities.
